About The Facilitators
Meet Ian and Tia
The Love, Sex and Power Lab is passionately facilitated by Ian Nesbitt (an Ontological/Mindset & Love and Intimacy Coach) and Tia Marcuzzi (a certified Somatic Love and Intimacy Coach and Energy Healer), who combine 35+ years of experience facilitating transformational journeys for groups and individuals.
In our 14 years together, we've navigated our own unhealthy power dynamics and relationship challenges. We've discovered what it takes to create deep, fulfilling intimacy—and we're still learning and growing. That lived experience is what makes our work real, grounded, and deeply compassionate.
We use real examples from our own journey, so we understand how difficult working through relationship challenges can be. We bring much-needed humor and de-shaming to those vulnerable areas we all experience, because we believe transformation doesn't have to be heavy—it can be joyful too.
We're big believers that it's worth putting the effort in. Our goal is to help you discover how you can create the depth of love and connection you're craving.
